FoodMech Asia 2027

FoodMech Asia 2027 is the 16th edition of a food industry exhibition at Vanita Vishram Ground in Surat, running from 23 to 26 January 2027. It covers food processing and packaging machinery, dairy and bakery equipment, beverages, kitchen equipment, catering technology, cold storage, and food ingredients.

Exhibition ground

Vanita Vishram Ground is an open exhibition ground at Athwa Gate, attached to the Vanita Vishram women's education campus in central Surat. Its position at one of the city's main junctions makes it a favoured site for consumer and trade exhibitions and seasonal fairs. The next large booking on public listings is Engiexpo, an industrial and engineering exhibition billed as its 21st Surat edition, from 6 to 8 February

Athwa Gate is a busy junction. Come by auto or get dropped a little before the gate. Trade shows here are usually free but ask for registration; carry a business card. Exhibition stalls are in temporary structures on open ground, so afternoons can be warm. Mornings are more comfortable.
