Workshops & Classes in Surat

Workshops are one of the busiest categories in Surat's listings. The Bungalow Cafe in Vesu alone lists a dozen or more sessions for a single Sunday: canvas and knife painting, glow pottery, kintsugi, Moroccan lamp making, resin art, perfumery, terrariums and children's art parties, typically in 90-minute afternoon slots. Business and career learning is the other strong strand. The Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce runs seminars and multi-session courses on export-import, garment manufacturing, technical textiles and AI, some of them free with registration, at its Samruddhi building in Nanpura and its Sarsana campus. The municipal Performing Art Centre in Pal adds subsidised classes in music, dance, drawing and sculpture, and the Science Centre has run a children's summer camp in early May. This page lists hobby, craft, skill and professional workshops in Surat.
