Most of them happen at one address: the Surat International Exhibition and Convention Centre at Sarsana, near Khajod Chokdi, run under the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI). The chamber's own shows follow the city's industries. SITEX covers textile machinery and technology, Sparkle is the gems and jewellery exhibition for a city that cuts and polishes most of the world's diamonds, and Udyog is the general industrial fair for small manufacturers. SGCCI's 2026–27 list also names a Diwali Business Mela, a Global Build Tech Expo for real estate, a Global Education & Skill Expo, an Ayush Expo, a Vintage Car Expo and an AI Startup Innovation Summit, though it had not published dates for most of them when this was written. The one with firm dates is the Food & Beverages Expo, from 23 to 25 January 2027, 10 am to 7 pm. Away from Sarsana, Vanita Vishram Ground at Athwa Gate hosts Engiexpo, an industrial exhibition, from 6 to 8 February 2027 with free entry, and hotels take wedding, lifestyle and education fairs. Sarsana is about 15 km from the railway station, so plan a cab.

- Check whether a show is trade-only before you go; several SGCCI exhibitions admit only registered business visitors.
- Pre-register online where possible. On-the-spot registration queues are longest on the first morning.
- Sarsana has no BRTS stop at the gate, so book a cab both ways. The chamber lists parking for 750 cars and 3,000 two-wheelers.
- Carry business cards and a photo ID.
- Dates for SGCCI shows are published on the chamber's site closer to the time; do not rely on last year's month.
