Things to do in Magdalla & Airport Road

Magdalla, on the Dumas Road south of Piplod, is where Surat's best-known mall and its airport sit. VR Surat lists about 100 retailers, including Shoppers Stop, Marks & Spencer, Hamleys and Home Centre, along with a multiplex and a dining floor, and it hosts mall events through the year. Soil Coffee House, behind the mall, books small live-music nights, and restaurants along the road, Boketto Restro among them, sell tickets for garba during Navratri. Surat International Airport is a few kilometres further on. Sitilink route 136 links the railway station with the airport, and most visitors come by car or cab.
